I wanted to let you know how pleased all of us were with our experience! We LOVED our trip to Cancun! The Oasis was fantastic, everything went very smoothly. I was very impressed with the logistics of the tour and communication. Everyone down there went out of their ways to accommodate us despite the language barriers. Overall the trip went extremely well. We didn’t have any problems with the airline, the transportation to and from the hotel, and checking into the hotel. The only thing I can think to comment on is that our 4 hotel rooms were spread out pretty far from each other and it would have been nice to have them all together or on the same floor.
