- I was very happy with the service you provided us, and I would certainly recommend you/use you in the future. As far as the air everything went without a hitch. Krystal Resort was a perfect location...food was ok, but lively entertainment. Transfer services was great the rep who brought us to our hotel was friendly and outgoing, and the one who brought us back was gracefully silent as we were all exhausted. - Al, not sure you remember me, but you helped us plan spring break last year to Punta Cana. We had such a great time, we want you to help us with our upcoming spring break. We were thinking either Cabo or Puerto Vallarta, but we are potentially open to other options if they provide the right atmosphere.
