- I was very happy with the service you provided us, and I would certainly recommend you/use you in the future. As far as the air everything went without a hitch. Krystal Resort was a perfect location...food was ok, but lively entertainment. Transfer services was great the rep who brought us to our hotel was friendly and outgoing, and the one who brought us back was gracefully silent as we were all exhausted. - My friends & I just got back from the Cancun. Breaknow truly was amazing, always there to answer any questions. They had great prices with non stop flights. The transportation company was there to pick us up when we got out of the airport. We stayed at the KRYSTAL which was absolutely beautiful. We had no problems throughout our whole trip & so sad to leave. I was the one who found this company back in October, & none of my friends or I ever heard of you. - We had an amazinggggg time in cancun! Thank you so much for all your help. We had such a good time were planning on taking another trip together in August or next year sometime...can you help us? The hotel was great, everyone was really helpful! All-inclusive is definitely the way to go. When heading back to the airport, we were a little delayed, but other than that everything went great. - Epicurean was very expedient in accommodating my travel plans for spring break. They responded to emails within the hour and were always extremely helpful. When I had an issue with the pickup in Cancun, they were very understanding and were able to work with me to get a refund. The hotel itself and the inclusive package were both great quality.
