Thank you so much for all you did for us! We had an awesome time in Puerto Plata and wish we were still there! Epicurean was very expedient in accommodating my travel plans for spring break. They responded to emails within the hour and were always extremely helpful. When I had an issue with the pickup in Cancun, they were very understanding and were able to work with me to get a refund. The hotel itself and the inclusive package were both great quality. Overall, I really enjoyed the trip to Punta Cana. The accommodations were great, and the staff was very friendly. The food was the only thing that could have been better, but I realize you don't have any control over that. The restaurants were pretty good; the buffet was not so great. Otherwise, like I said, I really enjoyed myself at the pool and at the beach. I'm glad I went. Thank you for all your help in arranging the trip! - Sarah (Syracuse Univ)
