- Epicurean was very expedient in accommodating my travel plans for spring break. They responded to emails within the hour and were always extremely helpful. When I had an issue with the pickup in Cancun, they were very understanding and were able to work with me to get a refund. The hotel itself and the inclusive package were both great quality. - My friends & I just got back from the Cancun. Breaknow truly was amazing, always there to answer any questions. They had great prices with non stop flights. The transportation company was there to pick us up when we got out of the airport. We stayed at the KRYSTAL which was absolutely beautiful. - Al, not sure you remember me, but you helped us plan spring break last year to Punta Cana. We had such a great time, we want you to help us with our upcoming spring break. We were thinking either Cabo or Puerto Vallarta, but we are potentially open to other options if they provide the right atmosphere. - Overall, I really enjoyed the trip to Punta Cana. The accommodations were great, and the staff was very friendly. The food was the only thing that could have been better, but I realize you don't have any control over that. The restaurants were pretty good; the buffet was not so great.
