- Thanks for the welcome Home email. As far as customer service goes, I would say you did a wonderful job. You were always ready for our questions and concerns and even moved our hotel to make sure we were closer to a large student body that was bumped from the company they went through. - Our group had an amazing time on vacation & everything was very well organized. The Hotel desk staff was not the most helpful, but all other resort staff for the most part were good, especially servers. Food was not what I was expecting, but the drinks were actually better than expected. Our two onsite reps were extremely kind & helpful. They booked club packages & stayed with us to make sure everyone was safely in. We had a lot of fun! The perfect place to spend senior year spring break. We were extremely pleased with the vacation & I will take from it memories for a lifetime!
