- I will absolutely go through BreakNow again! My group went to Punta Cana (Barcelo) and we booked in August. Even though we waited so many months, it was everything we had dreamed of! Tracey made sure to answer every question we had thoroughly and within an impressive amount of time (many of times I would e-mail questions at night or on weekends and would hear back almost immediately, which we found to be very accommodating and reassuring). After an incident occurred (unrelated to BreakNow), Tracey took it upon herself to make sure we knew she was able to help us even if she was not in the same country. - Overall, I really enjoyed the trip to Punta Cana. The accommodations were great, and the staff was very friendly. The food was the only thing that could have been better, but I realize you don't have any control over that. The restaurants were pretty good; the buffet was not so great. - Epicurean was very expedient in accommodating my travel plans for spring break. They responded to emails within the hour and were always extremely helpful. When I had an issue with the pickup in Cancun, they were very understanding and were able to work with me to get a refund. The hotel itself and the inclusive package were both great quality. - Thank you so much, my friends & I had a great time in Cancun. I really don't have any complaints or criticism with your booking, transfer or Oasis hotel. We were extremely satisfied with the quick commute from the airport, enjoyed the beach, food, drinks, & music. All we could ask for! Last year we booked with another company for the same resort, and only got to eat at 1 of the restaurants & a handful of bars even though it was "all inclusive," thankfully with you guys we were able to eat or drink anywhere for a lower price!
