You were always ready for our questions and concerns and even moved our hotel to make sure we were closer to a large student body that was bumped from the company they went through. My friends & I just got back from the Cancun. Breaknow truly was amazing, always there to answer any questions. They had great prices with non stop flights. The transportation company was there to pick us up when we got out of the airport. We stayed at the KRYSTAL which was absolutely beautiful. We had no problems throughout our whole trip & so sad to leave. I was the one who found this company back in October, & none of my friends or I ever heard of you. As a parent I would like to respond. I was a little leary to use your website at first because my friend told me to stay away from the college sites because of horror stories she heard. From December to March whenever I contacted BREAKNOW either via e-mail or phone you almost always responded immediately. You answered every question I had and step by step led me through the process. Our group had an amazing time on vacation & everything was very well organized. The Hotel desk staff was not the most helpful, but all other resort staff for the most part were good, especially servers. Food was not what I was expecting, but the drinks were actually better than expected. Our two onsite reps were extremely kind & helpful. They booked club packages & stayed with us to make sure everyone was safely in. We had a lot of fun! The perfect place to spend senior year spring break. We were extremely pleased with the vacation & I will take from it memories for a lifetime! We just got back from Jamaica last night. Once again, we had an amazing time! The RIU in Negril was awesome. The rooms nice, the entertainment good, & the beach awesome. We loved the hotel, thanks for recommending it! We took a cruise to Rick's Cafe. We didn't jump but we definitely want to go back so we can hangout there. Just came back from Punta Cana. Everything went perfectly! We were picked up on time from the airport, we were given our rooms quickly, everyone was super nice & there were many excursions available that we took advantage of. We had a great time on our vacation!! Everyone was very helpful and nothing but nice to us. Everything was better than we imagined and we were happy with our flights, hotel and the people in Jamaica who were very helpful. We spent most of our time on the resort, which was absolutely beautiful. We did go to Dunns River Falls 1 day. The reps were happy to help us with the planning and with the exception of a temperamental bus, the trip went very well :) Thank you so much for helping us plan!
