- Overall, I really enjoyed the trip to Punta Cana. The accommodations were great, and the staff was very friendly. The food was the only thing that could have been better, but I realize you don't have any control over that. The restaurants were pretty good; the buffet was not so great. - Thanks again for all your help. My fraternity brothers had a great trip, you made me look good! We had no trouble with any of the flights or airlines. The transfers were fantastic. You had a big bus waiting for us when we got there to take our entire group to the hotel at the same time, & they got us back on time for our return flight. The hotel was great also. - Just came back from Punta Cana. Everything went perfectly! We were picked up on time from the airport, we were given our rooms quickly, everyone was super nice & there were many excursions available that we took advantage of. - Thanks for the welcome Home email. As far as customer service goes, I would say you did a wonderful job. You were always ready for our questions and concerns and even moved our hotel to make sure we were closer to a large student body that was bumped from the company they went through. - We had an amazinggggg time in cancun! Thank you so much for all your help. We had such a good time were planning on taking another trip together in August or next year sometime...can you help us?
