- Epicurean was very expedient in accommodating my travel plans for spring break. They responded to emails within the hour and were always extremely helpful. When I had an issue with the pickup in Cancun, they were very understanding and were able to work with me to get a refund. The hotel itself and the inclusive package were both great quality. - Thanks for the welcome Home email. As far as customer service goes, I would say you did a wonderful job. You were always ready for our questions and concerns and even moved our hotel to make sure we were closer to a large student body that was bumped from the company they went through. - We had a GREAT trip, so thank you for everything! I actually don't think it could have gone any smoother. Upon arrival in the DR, getting our bus to the hotel was a breeze- your company did a great job. The hotel was fantastic- rooms were clean and really nice, pool was great, the beach-where we spent most of our days-was perfect too. The food was eh, but we made it work. Returning to the airport was not a problem either. Honestly, I can't come up with any critiques. Epicurean Tours was great- you were always available to answer my annoying questions, and the vouchers and travel packet was organized well. - I was very happy with the service you provided us, and I would certainly recommend you/use you in the future. As far as the air everything went without a hitch. Krystal Resort was a perfect location...food was ok, but lively entertainment. Transfer services was great the rep who brought us to our hotel was friendly and outgoing, and the one who brought us back was gracefully silent as we were all exhausted.
