I just wanted to let BREAKNOW know we all had an amazing time on our trip in Jamaica. We were all very happy and wanted to say thank you for everything. The trip went great really can't complain. Florida is a heck of a lot nicer than New Hampshire this time of year. But, it was a lot of fun. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating which included a DJ at the pool which was a nice touch. The nightlife was fun and lively, and many options, so I fell that Daytona is still a great spot for spring break. Overall had a lot of fun, was worth the money, and BreakNow would be a company I would consider using again in the future. Thanks, - Nick (Southern New Hampshire Univ)

We just got back from Jamaica last night. Once again, we had an amazing time! The RIU in Negril was awesome. The rooms nice, the entertainment good, & the beach awesome. We loved the hotel, thanks for recommending it! We took a cruise to Rick's Cafe. We didn't jump but we definitely want to go back so we can hangout there. We were asked to go to the Jungle, but we didn't, even though you recommended it. We're already planning our next vacation with you, lol. Thanks again, - Lauren (CW Post University)
Thanks for the welcome Home email. As far as customer service goes, I would say you did a wonderful job. You were always ready for our questions and concerns and even moved our hotel to make sure we were closer to a large student body that was bumped from the company they went through. Overall, I really enjoyed the trip to Punta Cana. The accommodations were great, and the staff was very friendly. The food was the only thing that could have been better, but I realize you don't have any control over that. The restaurants were pretty good; the buffet was not so great. Otherwise, like I said, I really enjoyed myself at the pool and at the beach. I'm glad I went. Thank you for all your help in arranging the trip! - Sarah (Syracuse Univ)
