- The trip went great really can't complain. Florida is a heck of a lot nicer than New Hampshire this time of year. But, it was a lot of fun. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating which included a DJ at the pool which was a nice touch. The nightlife was fun and lively, and many options, so I fell that Daytona is still a great spot for spring break. - Thanks for the welcome Home email. As far as customer service goes, I would say you did a wonderful job. You were always ready for our questions and concerns and even moved our hotel to make sure we were closer to a large student body that was bumped from the company they went through. - Thanks again for all your help. My fraternity brothers had a great trip, you made me look good! We had no trouble with any of the flights or airlines. The transfers were fantastic. You had a big bus waiting for us when we got there to take our entire group to the hotel at the same time, & they got us back on time for our return flight. The hotel was great also. - Thank you so much for all you did for us! We had an awesome time in Puerto Plata and wish we were still there! Everything at the airport both going down there and coming home ran smoothly and we even enjoyed the luxury of being upgraded to first class on the way home :) !!!
