- Our group had an amazing time on vacation & everything was very well organized. The Hotel desk staff was not the most helpful, but all other resort staff for the most part were good, especially servers. Food was not what I was expecting, but the drinks were actually better than expected. Our two onsite reps were extremely kind & helpful. They booked club packages & stayed with us to make sure everyone was safely in. We had a lot of fun! The perfect place to spend senior year spring break. We were extremely pleased with the vacation & I will take from it memories for a lifetime! - We just got back from Jamaica last night. Once again, we had an amazing time! The RIU in Negril was awesome. The rooms nice, the entertainment good, & the beach awesome. We loved the hotel, thanks for recommending it! We took a cruise to Rick's Cafe. We didn't jump but we definitely want to go back so we can hangout there.
