We had a great time on our vacation!! Everyone was very helpful and nothing but nice to us. Everything was better than we imagined and we were happy with our flights, hotel and the people in Jamaica who were very helpful. We spent most of our time on the resort, which was absolutely beautiful. We did go to Dunns River Falls 1 day. The reps were happy to help us with the planning and with the exception of a temperamental bus, the trip went very well :) Thank you so much for helping us plan! All I can say is I'm so sad to be back! Thank you so much for all your help because it was outstanding! Armando, your onsite rep, was very helpful and readily available. We had a GREAT trip, so thank you for everything! I actually don't think it could have gone any smoother. Upon arrival in the DR, getting our bus to the hotel was a breeze- your company did a great job. The hotel was fantastic- rooms were clean and really nice, pool was great, the beach-where we spent most of our days-was perfect too. The food was eh, but we made it work. Returning to the airport was not a problem either. Honestly, I can't come up with any critiques. Epicurean Tours was great- you were always available to answer my annoying questions, and the vouchers and travel packet was organized well. As a parent I would like to respond. I was a little leary to use your website at first because my friend told me to stay away from the college sites because of horror stories she heard. From December to March whenever I contacted BREAKNOW either via e-mail or phone you almost always responded immediately. You answered every question I had and step by step led me through the process. You were always ready for our questions and concerns and even moved our hotel to make sure we were closer to a large student body that was bumped from the company they went through. This past trip was everything I expected & more! Your staff at the resort was incredible. They were extremely friendly & the service was great.
