- Overall the trip went extremely well. We didn’t have any problems with the airline, the transportation to and from the hotel, and checking into the hotel. The only thing I can think to comment on is that our 4 hotel rooms were spread out pretty far from each other and it would have been nice to have them all together or on the same floor. - As a parent I would like to respond. I was a little leary to use your website at first because my friend told me to stay away from the college sites because of horror stories she heard. From December to March whenever I contacted BREAKNOW either via e-mail or phone you almost always responded immediately. You answered every question I had and step by step led me through the process.
