Thanks for the welcome Home email. As far as customer service goes, I would say you did a wonderful job. You were always ready for our questions and concerns and even moved our hotel to make sure we were closer to a large student body that was bumped from the company they went through. Breaknow was an awesome company to book spring break through. Our individual agent Carol was very quick to respond to all of our emails and phone calls and questions throughout the entire process. They booked the flight and the transportation to and from the airport and made it so easy for us, especially that we could pay in installments. Overall, I really enjoyed the trip to Punta Cana. The accommodations were great, and the staff was very friendly. The food was the only thing that could have been better, but I realize you don't have any control over that. The restaurants were pretty good; the buffet was not so great.
