- Thanks for the welcome Home email. As far as customer service goes, I would say you did a wonderful job. You were always ready for our questions and concerns and even moved our hotel to make sure we were closer to a large student body that was bumped from the company they went through. - We had an amazinggggg time in cancun! Thank you so much for all your help. We had such a good time were planning on taking another trip together in August or next year sometime...can you help us?
