- We just got back from Jamaica last night. Once again, we had an amazing time! The RIU in Negril was awesome. The rooms nice, the entertainment good, & the beach awesome. We loved the hotel, thanks for recommending it! We took a cruise to Rick's Cafe. We didn't jump but we definitely want to go back so we can hangout there. - Thanks for the welcome Home email. As far as customer service goes, I would say you did a wonderful job. You were always ready for our questions and concerns and even moved our hotel to make sure we were closer to a large student body that was bumped from the company they went through. - The trip went great really can't complain. Florida is a heck of a lot nicer than New Hampshire this time of year. But, it was a lot of fun. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating which included a DJ at the pool which was a nice touch. The nightlife was fun and lively, and many options, so I fell that Daytona is still a great spot for spring break. Overall had a lot of fun, was worth the money, and BreakNow would be a company I would consider using again in the future. Thanks, - Nick (Southern New Hampshire Univ)
- We had a great time on our vacation!! Everyone was very helpful and nothing but nice to us. Everything was better than we imagined and we were happy with our flights, hotel and the people in Jamaica who were very helpful. We spent most of our time on the resort, which was absolutely beautiful. We did go to Dunns River Falls 1 day. The reps were happy to help us with the planning and with the exception of a temperamental bus, the trip went very well :) Thank you so much for helping us plan!
