- We had a GREAT trip, so thank you for everything! I actually don't think it could have gone any smoother. Upon arrival in the DR, getting our bus to the hotel was a breeze- your company did a great job. The hotel was fantastic- rooms were clean and really nice, pool was great, the beach-where we spent most of our days-was perfect too. The food was eh, but we made it work. Returning to the airport was not a problem either. Honestly, I can't come up with any critiques. Epicurean Tours was great- you were always available to answer my annoying questions, and the vouchers and travel packet was organized well. - Overall the trip went extremely well. We didn’t have any problems with the airline, the transportation to and from the hotel, and checking into the hotel. The only thing I can think to comment on is that our 4 hotel rooms were spread out pretty far from each other and it would have been nice to have them all together or on the same floor. - Overall, I really enjoyed the trip to Punta Cana. The accommodations were great, and the staff was very friendly. The food was the only thing that could have been better, but I realize you don't have any control over that. The restaurants were pretty good; the buffet was not so great. - This past trip was everything I expected & more! Your staff at the resort was incredible. They were extremely friendly & the service was great. Some friends are already thinking of spring break next year & I referred them to BreakNow. - Cabo was amazing! The Cabo Melia Real hotel was fantastic!! The room was clean, the food and drinks were great and the hotel staff was kind and welcoming. Additionally, the hotel property was gorgeous. We had breathtaking views of the beach, and we also saw whales from afar on a daily basis. We were able to find your transportation to the property from the airport. And considering you were a few hundred dollars cheaper than your competition....our vacation was that much more fantastic!!
