- My friends & I just got back from the Cancun. Breaknow truly was amazing, always there to answer any questions. They had great prices with non stop flights. The transportation company was there to pick us up when we got out of the airport. We stayed at the KRYSTAL which was absolutely beautiful. We had no problems throughout our whole trip & so sad to leave. I was the one who found this company back in October, & none of my friends or I ever heard of you. - Our group had an amazing time on vacation & everything was very well organized. The Hotel desk staff was not the most helpful, but all other resort staff for the most part were good, especially servers. Food was not what I was expecting, but the drinks were actually better than expected. Our two onsite reps were extremely kind & helpful. They booked club packages & stayed with us to make sure everyone was safely in. We had a lot of fun! The perfect place to spend senior year spring break. We were extremely pleased with the vacation & I will take from it memories for a lifetime! - Overall, I really enjoyed the trip to Punta Cana. The accommodations were great, and the staff was very friendly. The food was the only thing that could have been better, but I realize you don't have any control over that. The restaurants were pretty good; the buffet was not so great. Otherwise, like I said, I really enjoyed myself at the pool and at the beach. I'm glad I went. Thank you for all your help in arranging the trip! - Sarah (Syracuse Univ)

- Cabo was amazing! The Cabo Melia Real hotel was fantastic!! The room was clean, the food and drinks were great and the hotel staff was kind and welcoming. Additionally, the hotel property was gorgeous. We had breathtaking views of the beach, and we also saw whales from afar on a daily basis. We were able to find your transportation to the property from the airport. And considering you were a few hundred dollars cheaper than your competition....our vacation was that much more fantastic!! - I was very happy with the service you provided us, and I would certainly recommend you/use you in the future. As far as the air everything went without a hitch. Krystal Resort was a perfect location...food was ok, but lively entertainment. Transfer services was great the rep who brought us to our hotel was friendly and outgoing, and the one who brought us back was gracefully silent as we were all exhausted.
