Just came back from Punta Cana. Everything went perfectly! We were picked up on time from the airport, we were given our rooms quickly, everyone was super nice & there were many excursions available that we took advantage of. Overall, I really enjoyed the trip to Punta Cana. The accommodations were great, and the staff was very friendly. The food was the only thing that could have been better, but I realize you don't have any control over that. The restaurants were pretty good; the buffet was not so great.
