- I was very happy with the service you provided us, and I would certainly recommend you/use you in the future. As far as the air everything went without a hitch. Krystal Resort was a perfect location...food was ok, but lively entertainment. Transfer services was great the rep who brought us to our hotel was friendly and outgoing, and the one who brought us back was gracefully silent as we were all exhausted. - Our group had an amazing time on vacation & everything was very well organized. The Hotel desk staff was not the most helpful, but all other resort staff for the most part were good, especially servers. Food was not what I was expecting, but the drinks were actually better than expected. Our two onsite reps were extremely kind & helpful. They booked club packages & stayed with us to make sure everyone was safely in. We had a lot of fun! The perfect place to spend senior year spring break. We were extremely pleased with the vacation & I will take from it memories for a lifetime! - We had a great time on our vacation!! Everyone was very helpful and nothing but nice to us. Everything was better than we imagined and we were happy with our flights, hotel and the people in Jamaica who were very helpful. We spent most of our time on the resort, which was absolutely beautiful. We did go to Dunns River Falls 1 day. The reps were happy to help us with the planning and with the exception of a temperamental bus, the trip went very well :) Thank you so much for helping us plan! - My sorority sisters and I just returned from a spring break trip at Breezes in the Bahamas. Our trip was organized with Al who was incredibly helpful to us before we left and when we returned. He typically got back to us within minutes even when we emailed him while we were at the resort. We all had a blast it was an amazing trip!!! - Jill (Michigan)

- Thanks for the welcome Home email. As far as customer service goes, I would say you did a wonderful job. You were always ready for our questions and concerns and even moved our hotel to make sure we were closer to a large student body that was bumped from the company they went through. As far as the hotel they got bumped to...we should have stayed with our 1st choice! But again, thanks for great customer service. - Brian (Boston College)
