You were always ready for our questions and concerns and even moved our hotel to make sure we were closer to a large student body that was bumped from the company they went through. I will absolutely go through BreakNow again! My group went to Punta Cana (Barcelo) and we booked in August. Even though we waited so many months, it was everything we had dreamed of! Tracey made sure to answer every question we had thoroughly and within an impressive amount of time (many of times I would e-mail questions at night or on weekends and would hear back almost immediately, which we found to be very accommodating and reassuring). After an incident occurred (unrelated to BreakNow), Tracey took it upon herself to make sure we knew she was able to help us even if she was not in the same country.
