- Thank You! Everything worked out perfectly and we had a great time in Punta Cana. The hotel was really nice and there were activities to do almost all the time. There were a bunch of restaurants at the resort and getting reservations was not a problem. Also, signing up for activities was pretty easy and we ended up zip lining for a day. - This past trip was everything I expected & more! Your staff at the resort was incredible. They were extremely friendly & the service was great. - Overall the trip went extremely well. We didn’t have any problems with the airline, the transportation to and from the hotel, and checking into the hotel. The only thing I can think to comment on is that our 4 hotel rooms were spread out pretty far from each other and it would have been nice to have them all together or on the same floor. - Thanks for the welcome Home email. As far as customer service goes, I would say you did a wonderful job. You were always ready for our questions and concerns and even moved our hotel to make sure we were closer to a large student body that was bumped from the company they went through.
