- Overall the trip went extremely well. We didn’t have any problems with the airline, the transportation to and from the hotel, and checking into the hotel. The only thing I can think to comment on is that our 4 hotel rooms were spread out pretty far from each other and it would have been nice to have them all together or on the same floor. - Thanks for the welcome Home email. As far as customer service goes, I would say you did a wonderful job. You were always ready for our questions and concerns and even moved our hotel to make sure we were closer to a large student body that was bumped from the company they went through. - Al, not sure you remember me, but you helped us plan spring break last year to Punta Cana. We had such a great time, we want you to help us with our upcoming spring break. We were thinking either Cabo or Puerto Vallarta, but we are potentially open to other options if they provide the right atmosphere.
