- Thanks for the welcome Home email. As far as customer service goes, I would say you did a wonderful job. You were always ready for our questions and concerns and even moved our hotel to make sure we were closer to a large student body that was bumped from the company they went through. - Overall the trip went extremely well. We didn’t have any problems with the airline, the transportation to and from the hotel, and checking into the hotel. The only thing I can think to comment on is that our 4 hotel rooms were spread out pretty far from each other and it would have been nice to have them all together or on the same floor. Other than that everything went as planned and we all had an amazing time. Thanks for all the help! - Ford (Colorado State)

- I just wanted to let BREAKNOW know we all had an amazing time on our trip in Jamaica. We were all very happy and wanted to say thank you for everything. - I was very happy with the service you provided us, and I would certainly recommend you/use you in the future. As far as the air everything went without a hitch. Krystal Resort was a perfect location...food was ok, but lively entertainment. Transfer services was great the rep who brought us to our hotel was friendly and outgoing, and the one who brought us back was gracefully silent as we were all exhausted. - Thanks again for all your help. My fraternity brothers had a great trip, you made me look good! We had no trouble with any of the flights or airlines. The transfers were fantastic. You had a big bus waiting for us when we got there to take our entire group to the hotel at the same time, & they got us back on time for our return flight. The hotel was great also. The rooms & service were even better than we had expected. I'd recommend this place to anyone who asked! Matt (Boston College)
